    Exercise, good diet, enough sleep, healthy living and meditation are the effective method to cure the panic attack. Medication or taking of pills can not cure panic attack disorder, they only temporarily control the attack. They should only be taken if the attack can not be controlled.

    Panic attacks are very disturbing and embarrassing. It has many symptoms that are almost similar to heart attack. Panic attack is not fatal, but should be treated and controlled accordingly. Deep breathing and relaxing is one of the most remedy to control the attack.
