A rather grim point that the book makes - but a nonetheless valid point - is that parasitic infestation can adversely affect your metabolism.

Next is Fat Loss 4 Idiots which is one of the simplest, most workable and easy plans we've come across, if its reviews are to be believed. The claim made by this weight loss plan is that a process of 'shifting' calories will, in a manner of speaking, 'trick' your metabolism into releasing its hold on your stored fat and let it pass through your system instead of laying it down on your body. There are no complex menus or unheard of secret ingredients; it's just a method of making your body work at losing fat rather than keeping hold of it. The reviews are raving about it, but are you?

Now let's take a look at the reviews of Master Cleanse Secrets which is a weight loss program that works on principles founded in the famous 'Lemonade Diet'. Unlike the Lemonade Diet however, this plan allows for some solid food to be eaten during the ten days of the plan. The author of the plan doesn't claim that this is an easy diet, and it's not. It needs a real commitment to losing weight to last out the ten days - even with 'cheat' foods - but reviews confirm that if you can do it, you'll lose a great deal of weight. The reviews claim that this weight loss plan is not a 'quick fix' and there's nothing faddy about it. It simply provides recipes for easy, healthy, quick to make meals that encourage weight loss as well as an exercise program that is not too demanding of your time and requires no special equipment. This is a reliable, steady weight loss plan that will not only help you lose weight but will ensure it stays off too.
