Tour De France - Wikipedia
The Tour de France is an annual bicycle race that covers around 3,500 kilometres (2,200 mi) throughout France and bordering countries. The race lasts 23 days and attracts cyclists from around the world. The race is broken down into day-long segments, called stages. Individual times to finish each stage are totaled up to determine the overall winner at the end of the race. The rider with the lowest aggregate time at the end of each day wears the prestigious yellow jersey.[1] The course changes every year but it has always finished in Paris and in more recent years along the Champs-Élysées. There are similar races in Italy and Spain, but the Tour de France is the oldest, most prestigious and best known. Source: Wikipedia

Lance Armstrong - Wikipedia
Lance Armstrong (born Lance Edward Gunderson on September 18, 1971) is an American professional road racing cyclist who rides for UCI ProTeam Astana. He won the Tour de France a record-breaking seven consecutive years, from 1999 to 2005. He is the only individual to win seven times, having broken the previous record of five wins, shared by Miguel Indurain, Bernard Hinault, Eddy Merckx and Jacques Anquetil. He has survived testicular cancer, a tumor that metastasized to his brain and lungs in 1996. His cancer treatments included brain and testicular surgery and extensive chemotherapy, and his prognosis was originally poor. In 1999, he was named the American Broadcasting Company Wide World of Sports Athlete of the Year. In 2000 he won the Prince of Asturias Award in Sports. In 2002, Sports Illustrated magazine named him Sportsman of the Year. He was also named Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year for 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. He received ESPN's ESPY Award for Best Male Athlete in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006, and won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Overseas Personality Award in 2003. Armstrong retired from racing on July 24, 2005, at the end of the 2005 Tour de France, but returned to competitive cycling in January 2009. Source: Wikipedia

- Perhaps you are right! Alberto Contador in today's news stated he is "totally incompatible" with Lance Armstrong (see the news section above for story). Given what I've watched and read about Contador, I think he is 'incompatible' with any team member who has miles and experience on their side.

- Alberto Contador is a slime bag! I cannot believe he left Armstrong and Kloden behind on stage 17. Contador is a team player - NOT!
