Trad Witchcraft Spells and Practices for the Modern Witch
Trad Witchcraft is the name given for the witchcraft spells and ancient system of beliefs practiced in the British Isles and elsewhere for thousands of years. Actually, witchcraft is the name given to this system by the Christian church. Witches do not believe in the devil. For true Trad Witches, good and evil are not absolute or separate from one's actions, personal responsibility has always been very important for them. Witches, like Shamans, were leaders of ancient communities, people looked upon witches for healing, guidance and protection. Witches revere the natural world, and harness the power that exists in all things and all people, for witches, the natural world is sacred.
Trad Witchcraft is not Wicca. Wicca was founded by Gerald Gardner in the late 1930's. It consists of Western European folk traditions, Eastern philosophy, and Cabbalism. Trad Witchcraft is the practice of magic spells, meditation, and ancient traditions that existed for untold thousands of years before the emergence of our modern world. The subject of trad witchcraft and Paganism is complex and very fascinating, and reveals much hidden and lost history. It is the story of a time when the Mother Goddess was a most important symbol in the psyche of peoples throughout the ancient world. Trad Witchcraft has ancient roots indeed.

The Journey to Trad Witchcraft
When learning about any subject it's always great to have access to an insider, and when it comes to the subject of Trad Witchcraft, we are lucky to have Adrian Eglinton. Adrian has been a practitioner of Trad Witchcraft in the British Isles for 27 years. Many practitioners of witchcraft would perfer that the secrets of their craft not be told to the general public, but Adrian has always disagreed. Witchcraft, he says, is a skill that most anyone can learn, and the secrets of a true, earth-based knowledge should not be kept locked-up when they could help so many people with the challenges of modern life. With this in mind, Adrian has written "The Journey to Trad Witchcraft" and by doing so, has revealed many facets of traditional witchcraft that have only been known about by an inner circle for countless years. In addition to the book, Adrian has compiled a body of reference works dating back to 1854, consisting of lore, spells, and little-know facts. He has assembled his book and reference works into a detailed series: The Journey to Traditional Witchcraft Course - That teaches not only spells, but the secret meditation techniques that Adrian says are at the core of traditional witchcraft. - Persecution of witches has become an issue in the 2008 presidential election. On June 8, 2008, Sarah Palin spoke before the Wasilla Assembly of God church and said that it was a prayer by Thomas Muthee in 2005 that had given her the supernatural power to be Governor of Alaska. No kidding - it was caught on video. And who is Thomas Muthee? He's a real life witch hunter - he accuses women of witchcraft, and then sends mobs after them, so that the women have to flee in order to save their lives. That's how Thomas Muthee got his political power. Whether you're a witch or not, you ought to be able to agree that this kind of violence and intimidation has no place in the White House.
