- Anti anxiety herbs are no doubt very beneficial because their effect, though slow, is very long lasting and without any sode effects. Some natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John's Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. There's also cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and programs like Panic Away and The Linden Method, to name a few. Hope this helps!

- this is a very nice lens I've learned so much from this every one feels a little bit of stress out because of constant work related, problem related, and environment related. All of this can stress us out completely. What I did to combat stress is to release my emotional freedom technique or EFT. EFT is a very powerful stress reliever it serve's as a tapping out those negatives emotions and releasing them with ease. They had a site that can teach you how to learn EFT and this is their site eft training and if you wanted to have a free manual you can head on to there eft training manual site.

- This stress approach makes so much sense to me. And we're all under constant stress! Even though I licked migraines with the soft laser, that doesn't mean I don't want and need to address the sources of stress in my life and all their other horrid effects. I'm getting this book now! Very powerful for gentle healing and stress reduction is the Solaris Blanket that I got from Dr. Irina and Dr. David and use daily, too. It's part of the anxiety relief my friend Pat uses with her once-severely-autistic son (who now lives alone, drives, holds a simple job) to keep him stable, along with the soft laser on its setting to stimulate the natural production of dopamine and seratonin.
