No the tri core support pillow only comes in a standard pillow size: 24 " x 16" ( 61cm x 41cm). It is a medium size pillow. Fits a standard pillow case.

Keep in mind that with using any new cervical support pillow, it can take time to get used to. Each persons' sleeping experience with a cervical support pillow is going to be different. Most people will experience an increase in sleeping comfort within a couple of days of using Tri Core support pillow.
