Welcome to Black Forest Trifle and other Flavours Too
Trifles are a favourite dessert in my home. When my husband suggests a dessert for me to make it is often a trifle. His favourite is Black Forest Trifle. There is the traditional English style trifle that is made with custard and sponge cake or lady fingers but there are many variations and substitutes for this. Trifles are one of the easiest desserts to prepare and put together. They are always a hit with company and are great when served for a special occasion. Trifles can serve many people at a time and always look festive when served in a beautiful clear glass bowl!
