Search Engines - Absolutely useless for finding free foreclosure listings.

Big realty companies have a monopoly on all search results containing "Free" and any variation of the word "Foreclosure". They advertise free listings, but when you get there, they try to suck you in to a $500 a year membership.

Here's the real truth: Listings of Bank Owned Homes are provided free by FDIC Banks. The same goes for Lender Owned and REO Real Estate - Mortgage Lenders are happy to let anyone take a look at the properties they have for sale at no charge. Government Agencies (HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) offer Federal Databases with Repo and Tax Foreclosure Homes, and will never charge you a penny to search.

Finding these websites on Google is nearly impossible, because of all the spam found in the top search results.

My mission

I have spent the past 5 years compiling a list of links to honestly free listings of foreclosed property provided by banks, lenders and government institutions. "Foreclosure Listing Sources" is available for $10.00. This is a collection of links to databases of certified, trusted websites of well known banks, lenders and government agencies that, because of realty companies mentioned above, are difficult to find on Google.

This list will save you time, and money, and we're just about the only ones out there who won't try to trick you into a membership. All we're asking is $10.00, one time. You get 50 links directly to the listings of reliable institutions (USA.GOV, Bank of America REO are two examples).

Truly, Honestly Free Foreclosure Listings ARE out there.

Stop using search engines to find REO R eal Estate, Bank Owned Homes, Mortgage Lender Auctions and Government Repo/HUD Housing
