It wasn't easy to find such great information nowadays online. I've gone through so much searching with google but it seems that I couldn't find something that kept me on my feet. Therefore, I eventually gave in and purchased this book. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. The book is well organized and very comprehensive. The suggested diets and exercise programs are solid. I can not find anything wrong with The Truth about Six Pack Abs book.
Truth is, I had a little flab, so I put the contents of this book into action to see if the methods really work. I set a strict diet and cardio plan. After 3 months of sticking to the plan, my flab is gone. I do not have a six pack but I do have a flat stomach which is something I did not have before. However, I can see that this program really works. It will take time but this information has helped me. I am physical proof. Boy, I wish I had photos. This is amazing.
I give this book 5 stars. It is 100% real. The contents of The Truth about Six Pack Abs really amazed me. Instead of telling what meal to cook, Mike goes to the extent of giving the complete recipe on cooking the meals. I have to admit, I have not eaten such delicious food even in the restaurants.
