 Hi everyone, my name is Jonathan but my friends call me John.

Most of my life I was an overweight couch potato, but a few years ago I lost over 30 pounds by going on a diet. Later I started to get into sport and went from not being able to finish a 2 mile run to running half marathons (15 miles) twice a week and going to play basketball later that same day.

What does this program contain 

TurbulenceTraining.com is made up of short and intense workout sessions which are made up of about 5 minute warm up and between 12-20 minutes of strength and cardiovascular exercises. This means that each session is at the most 45 minutes long.

However, each session is very intensive which means that you'll work up a massive sweat.

Apart from the exercises, Turbulence Training also contains nutritional information (though it's not as good as the exercise sessions). So it's an all around program.
