Havana and Varadero

Havana and Varadero Twin Centre

Perfect combination for those who are not interested in traveling long distances. There are only 157 kms from Havana to Varadero and
that can be covered by taxi in less than 2 hours. Both cities have international airports so you can choose either to start your itinerary from. No need to mention in this article what Havana and Varadero have to offer I am sure there are plenty of articles devoted to each of them in the web. Regarding Varadero, lets just say that it is the most famous beach resort in Cuba and its beaches are among the top ten in the world.

Havana and Cayo Las Brujas

Havana and Cayo Las Brujas twin centre holidays to Cuba.

Havana & Las Brujas

Carrier:
VIRGIN ATLANTIC

Holiday type: Twin Centre

Holiday duration: 7 nights

This holiday package has been designed for those who want to combine Havana with few nights in a none-spoiled beach location. Its duration is one week so is perfect for travelers who are limited by budget and/or time. You will be arriving to Havana and the next day very early in the morning a transfer will take you to Havana Airport to fligh to Cayo Las Brujas. The flight takes about 45 minutes and we know that this might be a reason to put you off but Cayo Las Brujas is one of the few beach areas in Cuba where you are not staying in a big all inclusive resort surrounded by hundreds of tourists. The hotel Villa Las Brujas is the only one in this tiny island which has beautiful crystal clear waters and the finest white sandy beaches. Accommodation itself is very basic but yet you have all the facilities ensuite that you need. The best thing is that most of the rooms have sea view. The hotel is located on top of a rock overlooking the sea and a big cove where the closest beach is located. It is a bit isolated so we recommend this package holiday if you are looking for relaxation. There is a Marina right next to the Hotel, so if you fancy go fishing or diving this is the perfect place. The area is rich on fish and it has one of the largest coral reefs barriers in Cuba. If one day you feel like going out the island and explore nearby cities you can do. You order a taxi from the hotel (taxis are not expensive in Cuba ) and visit Remedios, a charming colonial town about 1 hour drive away. You can go further if you please and visit Santa Clara where you can see among other things The Memorial CHE GUEVARA. So there you go there are plenty of things to do in this island. The package is not expensive. You can enjoy a very nice beach and at the same time interact with the Cuban Culture.
