UFC Conditioning is No Joke!

If you're a fighter, you certainly understand what UFC conditioning I am talking about.  I am talking about the ability to go 5, five minute rounds with the best fighters in the world.  This is not about being able to run 10 miles and not be tired.  This is 25 minutes of fighting for your life in the octagon.  Some people seem to forget about the sort of UFC conditioning people like George st. Pierre and B.J. Penn have.  This is no joke.  If you want to fight - you better have the conditioning to make it through

UFC Conditioning Can Make or Break You!

You Can't Rely on a Homerun Swing Everytime.

I am going to imagine for a minute that you are either a fighter or want to get into fighting. That being said, I'm pretty sure you understand that you can be the strongest man on earth, but if you have no conditioning - IT DOES NOT MATTER!

I remember a fight with Marc Coleman and Maurice Smith a couple of years back. If you have ever seen Mark Coleman, you know this dude is ripped! He looks like he can tear a house down with his hands! Anyway, during the fight, it just looked to me like Coleman had nothing left in the tank. Here's this big huge muscle man out there and it looked like he was going to stop breathing! He should have realized that UFC conditioning is unlike anything else!

I guess my advice to you is that you want to be a successfull MMA/UFC fighter, you better be sure that your conditioning is up to what we consider "UFC conditioning" otherwise you do not stand a chance! What good are you going to be if you can't defend yourself or you can no longer be on the offensive because you're gassed? PLEASE do not let this be you!
