THE MENTAL DISCIPLINE
Learning to Learn
The goal of any discipline is to internalize it so that it becomes self discipline and therefore self directed and self regulated. The key to gaining mastery of the mental discipline then, in my opinion, is to learn how to learn. I've been doing research on this subject and will discuss my findings in by blog.
