Cooperation with Higher Education Institutions in USA to Develop Renewable Energy Colloquium & Curriculum in Ukraine

I am writing to encourage Cooperation with Higher Education Institutions in USA to Develop Renewable Energy Colloquium & Curriculum in Ukraine in order to assist the United States-Ukraine Charter on Strategic Partnership,Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Washington, DC. on December 19, 2008 as seen here
http://www.facebook.com/people/William-H-Stewart/831631384#/topic.php?uid=42672366316&topic=5925.
I will attempt to call you this week to verify you received this email. I have sent the same email to Director Bolotny
at Igor a Bolotny" <igor.a.bolotny@univer.kharkov.ua>

I have created a Facebook group entitled Ukraine Energy Independence that has this written as its purpose: " I just invited 148 of my friends to become members of "Beyond Fossil Fools" group. I am trying to create a switch grass ethanol industry in the Ukraine so they can be the Brazil of Eastern Europe and have some energy independence from Russia. I thought of using wind turbines & solar panels to power irrigation from the Dniper and Danube Rivers and desalinization from the Black Sea to help grow switch grass for ethanol. If you can think of anything that may aid in the establishment of an ethanol(switch grass-not corn) industry in the Ukraine, such as names of professors of agriculture, chemistry and physics, please contact me. " What suggestions do you have and is there anyone you know of who would know more about Ukraine businesses that pertain to this goal?

Will Stewart
I have been in contact with Morgan Williams, who is the President of the US-Ukraine Business Council, and he has emailed 3 contacts he has in the Ukraine who are involved in Ukraine agriculture, but I have not heard from them yet.
I will eventually be writing to the Engineering Departments of The George Washington University,Northeastern University to coordinate the development of alternative, renewable energy sources and industries in the Ukraine with Chemical Technology University of Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk National University
(http://www.dsu.dp.ua/ ) and Dnepropetrovsk State Technical University of Railway Transport (DIIT)= http://www.diit.edu.ua/
I am an MBA-Finance graduate of GWU and have taken many computer science courses from Northeastern. I am hoping to persuade professors from these universities to discuss how to develop an ethanol industry in the
Ukraine as well as develop as many other renewable energy sources as possible. I also would like to have some departments from Harvard University and MIT where I have some contacts to contact professors at National Taras Shevchenko University,National Agricultural University,National Transport University,
National University Kyiv Academy www.ukma.kiev.ua ,National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics,Kyiv State Civil Engineering and Architecture University and National Academy of Management. What are your suggestions?

You can read everything about what I have been doing by signing up for
Facebook and my Ukraine Energy Independence group here: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=42672366316.
Joining the USA-Ukraine Business Council is something I will have to wait to do because of financial limitations. This is my contribution to advertising Ukraine as a vacation-travel destination:

Thank you ever so much for whatever you feel you have time to contribute,
