The process for creating a new custom designed piece of jewelry can often seem overwhelming, but at Satow Goldsmiths we are experienced at simplifying this process and making even complex designs accessible. Our jewelry designers will take your ideas, drawings or pictures and work together with you step-by-step to ensure that you are completely involved in creating your own unique piece of fine jewelry.

Once a concept has been finalized and an order placed, Satow Goldsmiths uses Computer Assisted Design and Manufacturing software (CAD-CAM) to present you with multi-angled renderings of your custom made jewelry prior to completing the piece. We will send you images for you to approve or request revisions to your design. That way we can ensure that the finished product perfectly meets your expectations!

Satow Goldsmiths has an ultra modern fully equipped shop. Our in-House Jewelry Manufacturing Shop is staffed with Highly Skilled Master Jewelers whose Craftsmanship is Unequaled. They are expertly trained in Computer Design and Laser Welding technology as well as Centuries Old Hand Craftsmanship.

Once the engagement ring design is approved, they Mill it out of wax with a 4 axis computer driven mill to tolerances not achievable by hand carving. The wax is then cast in white or yellow gold, palladium or platinum and assembled using laser welding technology. The ring is then hand finished and the stones are set by master jewelers. Then after a final polish and inspection, your one of a kind full custom jewelry is done.
