10 Pranks You Could Do This Hallow's Eve:

Have someone be a "statue" at your doorstep. Let that person be in full costume too, complete with silver-colored skin or all white if aiming for a vampire or red, if aiming for a devil. Then when kids come and ask, "Trick or Treat?!" The statue says, "Trick!" and gives an ultimate scary sound fit in their character.

If you can afford it, have surround sound speakers on your porch, hidden in plain sight. Then fix some kind of homemade goo above your doorstep to pour over kids. Make sure you have load and loads! When trick or treaters come to your door and say the three words, turn your speakers on maximum and say in a scary voice, "Trick!" and release goo all over them.

Have all your lights turned on and when the kids get ready and are aiming for your house, turn everything off as if no one's home suddenly. Then once they walk away, turn your lights back on and if they come back, turn it all off again... You know the drill.

When kids ring your doorbell and say trick or treat, open the door and be all cute and nice. When you see them, tell them how "scary" they look and say that you have a big treat for them. After that, throw pies on their faces. If you want something simpler, use whipped cream.

Something for home-scare the crap out of your parents (especially your mom). When your folks are just at home in the kitchen and you have a back, kitchen door, scare her or them by dressing up like a bear or a gorilla. Wander at the back of the house, making scratching noises on the walls or on the door. When they check it out and spot you, run like you're a bull and they're the matador. And give out a mighty roar.

An elaborate prank-set-up gasoline lining on your lawn, sliding locks on your gate and a sound system with a witch's scary laugh ready. When kids walk in, set your lawn on fire and quickly lock the gates and play the witch's laugh.

Have someone lay down on your porch and stay still and be a zombie. It would be great if they looked something like from the "Thriller" video. The costume should be complete with real blood (cow's perhaps), torn clothes, etc. When someone comes up your door, surprise them by having that person sit up suddenly and immediately. Then you "save" the kids by "shooting" that zombie in the head-complete with blood squirting again.

Dress up like Santa Clause with an elf by his side. Then when you open the door, say to the kids, "Go away! Ho Ho Ho! Santa's a little busy..."

If you want to scare someone, call them non-stop, and breathe heavily when they answer the phone. When they answer again, say things that come from scary movies like, "What's your favorite scary movie?" or "Have you checked the children?" or "Are you alone?" Do this a couple of times then throw a small plastic chair at their door to scare the crap out of them.

For the boys-choose someone in your group you want to scare. Tell him that you've discovered a house that broadcasts porno on the internet. You're all going to this viewing so naturally he wouldn't want to be out. When you get to the side of the house, the broadcast begins. Let there be 2 hot girls and their manager with little cameras scattered on the place. Make sure that everyone in the group is listening and watching as the girls get ready to strip. The girls then talk about with their the manager the "Halloween Strippers Killer" and how it's killed their colleague. The manager assures the girls that he will continue to investigate and track the killer down, then goes out of the room. Once that's over, one girl checks the computer and finds that someone has paid to watch them strip. So one of them goes on the webcam, and begins to strip. The other girl leaves the room then a shadow behind the stripping girl appears. The shadow is a man-"the killer." He kills the girl stripping then the other comes in again and the killer tries to catch the other one and kills her too.

This time, it would be a good idea "to run." Ask your target if he's scared. If he is, say, "Surprise! You're a jackass."
