The best way for Unity08 to become a truly functional political movement is for its "cyberspace" members to have real power in the organization. Freedom to "shout" is not the same as the freedom to act!
The proposal shown in the link above is to elect 3 cyber-members to the 7-member Unity'08 steering committee. On-line members of Unity08.com would elect individuals from their own ranks into these 3 slots to serve a six-month term. There would be 4 Unity'08 insiders in addition to the 3 cyber members. Elections would be held every 2 months. - After you Vote
