Unmetered dedicated server is what now day's webmasters are looking for. As the web traffic is increasing to established sites, more and more webmasters are willing to buy unmetered dedicated servers hosting. I will share some tips before you buy unmetered dedicated server from my experiences.

Here Unmetered means unlimited bandwidth. You will get unlimited bandwidth when you purchase this kind of dedicated server. No need to explain what Dedicated server means.
Here Come The Tips:
* Port: Check the Port offered by web hosting company. Usually 10MBPS port is good.
* Processor: Most people do make mistake selecting CPU. When you have really high traffic web site go for Pentium-4 2.4 GHZ CPU will help to avoid down time.
* IP's: Check how many IP's are offered by web hosting company. No need to explain the importance of IP.
* Setup Fee: Lot of web hosting company charge setup fees for unmetered dedicated server hosting. I will recommend you to find some dedicated server provider with free setup fee or setup fees must be less than $25.
* Hard disk: Basically it's up to your requirements but you must mange to get at least 5 to 7 GB free space for better server performance and avoid down time.
* Control Panel: If you have good budget then Cpanel will be way ahead of any control panel else FreeBSD is good.
* Data Center: Check where the datacenter is actually located. US, UK and Canada is my recommendation any thing else is not recommended.
