User Experience Design

By focusing on the end-to-end experience of a customer, from when they first hear about you until they tell their friends that they are crazy if they don't become a customer too, you can vastly improve your bottom line.

Design is everything. Design is decisions. How the product looks/works is just one aspect. Design is also how you talk about the product, where you talk about the product, how you react when other people talk about the product. Design is the decisions you make in running your organization.

User Experience Design seeks to maximize the effectiveness and goodness of this endeavor.

Won't you recommend any software, Glen? I am looking for testers of JustInMind Prototyper, which is great for wireframes and also for functional mockups. It's a great tool, and we're about to launch a new version.
