Lower Those Costly Electric Bills!

Everyone is affected by the high cost of oil today. We are getting slam dunked hard from gas for our vehicles to the groceries that we feed our family.

Before electricity was invented everyone used candlelight or campfires to generate light. Maybe today we can learn something from those frontier families by turning off all the lights in our homes. This will save on that costly electric bill. Light a candle instead.

Eating my candlelight is romantic. Hey, we all use to love being with our spouse or partner eating by candlelight when we were dating. Looking across the table with the candlelight casting that special light on their face. Listening to what each other had to say with interested.

Maybe it is time for us all to go back to a simple time and get away from some of our modern conveniences. By doing this every week we might rediscover why we fell in love all over again. And we will be saving money as an added bonus!

Looking for that perfect candle that not only provides a romantic candlelight but has that
aromatherapy that we all need to relax for a hard day at the office. You will find just what your looking for at www.wicks2success.com

What Makes a Good Candle Great?

There are lots of candles on the market today.

Types of Candle Wax:

Paraffin Wax:
Wax derived from Petroleum Oil
Is not a renewable source
Non-food grade paraffin wax can contain oils and other impurities which may be toxic and harmful
Has a melting point of 126-135 F
Does not clean up easily with soap and water

Beeswax:

Wax derived from bee hive used to make fine candles
It is a renewable source
Has a high melting point 144-147 F

Soy Wax:

Wax derived from soybeans used in high end candles
It is a renewable source
Has a lower melting point than paraffin
Cleans up easily with soap and water
Produces virtually no soot

Veggie Wax Candles:

Our highly scented gourmet candles are made from a blend of different vegetable waxes, which are a renewable source and environmentally friendly. Our Candle contains NO Paraffin or Beeswax.
Yes, soy wax is a vegetable wax but our candles also use other vegetable waxes in our blend.
Our original formula used 100% soy but we found that soy was not the best ingredient to develop an alternative candle from. The reason is that 100% soy does NOT hold enough scent to create a strong scented candle. When we designed a strongly scented soy candle we found that the scent actually rose to the top forming a puddle at the top.
Our veggie candle blend holds more scent than the soy wax alone and allows us to make the candle one of the strongest scented candles on the market!
This blend produces a Gourmet quality candle that has a lower melting point than traditional candles. Our candles liquefy as they burn so they will burn evenly and clean with virtually no black soot.
The lower melting point also allows for a longer burn time and a complete burn. That means the candle will not burn straight down the middle leaving most of the wax stuck on the sides of the jar.
