Getting a V. A. Mortage
A V. A. Mortage is an excellent benefits for people who have served our country. The really cool thing is you can use it again and again. I plan on using a VA loan for my homestead.
Try to get your credit squared away before you apply for a V.A. loan , you can use the loan program as many times as you like. They are a bit picky so try to get your credit score above 650 before applying. There are some things about the process that could be improved but we must work with whats available.

Good day to you sir. I am medically retired from the military (100% rating). Yet my credit is very low. Below 500. The monthly pay is there but no one will touch me with bad credit. Is there anything available for a vet such as myself?
