    Great ideas and yummy recipes. I can cook pretty good, but I'm not much of a cupcake baker. But I will surely be sending my wife here to check out this great sounding "Strawberry Hearts Cupcake Recipe", after all, just because I can't bake cupcakes don't mean I can't eat them.     quick qs might sound silly but ive never done cupcakes in my life b4 ... if i use a silicone baking pan...how do i place the cake liners into the wells so that the the liner is hold in a heart shape while baking ?????

    It works the same way Caroline. Just pinch the liner into a point facing inwards towards the unbaked cupcake mix. You won't get perfect hearts but the cupcakes will be shaped heart-like and filled with love. :)

    Love cupcakes. My husband's birthday is 2/11 so we always combine Valentine's Day with his birthday celebration and it usually involves either a double chocolate cake or cupcakes. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Great lens - the heart-shaped silicone cake pan works great by the way!

    I love the idea of the sliced strawberries. I will have to try this. I used to love to make cupcakes especially at Valentine's Day for my son's class at school. Now my grandson is in school and they don't allow sweets like cupcakes. I think that is kind of sad even though I do understand their reasoning. I enjoyed this lens and think I will just make some cupcakes to have here at home.
