Jamba Juice (8 locations)
Several organic options such as oatmeal, granola, ice cream, tea, etc. Ironically, I see no organic fruit listed. Visit website for links to their Menu and Locations. Painfully slow website redirects specific links to a Home page selling store franchises.

Some resorts have one or more fine-dining restaurants that serve something organic here and there. Organic chicken entree on one menu. Some organic fruit or a salad on another menu. And so on.

So...use Google's SITE command to see all references to organic across all restaurant menus on the property. Here are four examples:

Bet on the Farm! Market (1 location)
Definitely the most notable of farmers markets in Las Vegas, with seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, apple cider, etc. Sponsored by chef Mario Batali and restauranteur Joseph Bastianich. Regular vendors provide much of the local produce to Strip restaurants such as B&B Ristorante, Carnevino, Sage, Nove Italiano, and Enoteca San Marco. The following resources do not necessarily focus on organic food. But they have figured out how to grow food successfully under very difficult desert conditions. And some strive to minimize or eliminate the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Contact them directly to satisfy your own food requirements.

I list businesses only if I can find a specific mention of Organic on their website.

Small Selection
Some businesses offer only a couple of organic items on their menu. Even then, organic options may not be available when you visit.

No restaurant can serve organic food, if it's not available to them from their distributors. And it's not cost-effective to carry a lot of organic food, if only a few customers request it.

So...to help you find organic food at a given resort or restaurant, I suggest using Google's SITE command to find all references to organic on their website.

It's not an ideal solution. But it's the best I could come up with.

Not Really Organic After All
Sometimes enthusiastic vendors use the term organic, when organic may not be completely accurate.

So...be alert and persistent. I suggest asking questions until you feel you know exactly what you're getting. Most people will explain exactly what they mean, if prodded a little by good questions.
