Quest for Glory

Monkey Island series. A remake of monkey Island is now available on the Wii-ware channel for Wii system
for 1000 points or 10 dollars. about a want to be Pirate his love and being standed on monkey Island great storys make for fun games.

Ratchet and clank story of cute space animal and his freind the robot clank I like all but the last one in the series it got really bad reviews so didn't even try it but wait I was just browsing and a new ratchet and clank just hit store
shelves but it is for PS 3 I hear it is wonderful from the blogs and reviews

sly cooper oh my is this a wonderful series of games that i love and heard about a few years ago on a womens game forum about a raccoon who steels from big mean animals for the reason to protect his family name

Play station 2 and 3 -darkest faerie by neo pets this is my all time favorite game ever lol this game starts slow training you but gets harder an adventure full of fun and surprises challenging and yes i had to look up cheats it inst just for kids and it has to be the biggest buy for your money it was the longest game i ever played as well. I highly recommend this game. but care full it certainly is one that will get you addicted to gaming.

I love star wars battle front we have played this all the way through 100s of times it is a shooter game you work together with storm troopers and Jedi working your way through all 6 movies I am not a huge star war fan like my husband it is ok lol but the game is a lot of fun.

Boldurs gate we have all of them and have played through them twice I like games like this because they have a women fantasy character great 2 player game

We also challenge each other a lot with wii bowling baseball and such.

be sure when looking for 2 player games to read fully about them on line like at game spot to be sure it is cooperative play and not just you get to come in and help every now and again. Like I said before there is a demand for more games males and females will both like to play together.

Will Complex Character Dramas Appeal to Female Gamers?
Newsweek has an article about how game developers are focusing more on women and developing games with more of a social and element element to them. Of course, there are amny women that love playing first-person shooters and action video games but this particular Newsweek article focuses on game companies that are trying to develop games for women that aren't already active gamers. The article says some females have been attracted social worlds in games like the Sims. Newsweek says a Sims producer told them that some of the female Sim players are what are known as dollhousers and a few of the men sound like dollhouse ruiners.
Boys and men play, too, but not quite the same way, it seems. "We have what we call our deviant players," says McArthur. "I hate stereotypes, but they're usually male, and they like to create chaos." A favorite trick for deviants: putting Sims families in homes with no doors or windows, where they're bound to die. At the other extreme: "a lot of our women we call 'dollhousers'," says McArthur. "They like to build their dream house." That takes time, but when everything in it is working right, "then they can spend all their time socializing."

Facebook has women young and old playing games thousands have a farm at farm ville or farm town, thousands are cooking it up in there own cafe, creating homes at yoville, have fish in there own aquarium, trading gifts of chips to play farkle, challenging friends to quizzes about books movies and Tv shows, are members of mobs and mafias battling it out with others. facebook and myspace aps have set a trend for fun and social networking rolled into one check this out i have my own Island love these aps :) I have always said sitting with a fresh cup of coffee early in the morning taking care of my farm and visiting face book friends is always a wonderful way to wake up and start my day.

Wii Fitness Offers You way to get fit a fun way Yes it is part of the Wii game you buy the pad for the floor and you are off running dancing and moving about I am not sure how good it is for the already health but for the obese as well as older adults wii is a big hit and is helping people get out of there chairs not only do you have the fitness pad but bowling base ball tennis and more. a doctor once told me you do not have to spend thousands on gym equipment just do what you like gardening walking and now we have video games.

http://www.gamestop.com/ game stop store has category new and used games and search by game system. once i am in WII category I then click under 19.99 and there are pages of games i even found guitar hero guitar and game for great prices yes they are used but i really don't think kids care they just want to have it so bad I recommend getting it early to check for scratches so you can clean it but we have had no problems at all with scratches and such from game stop I am sure some have though no place is perfect game stops are located all over the USA you can either buy it on line or go to your nearest store. I love game stop.

Also Ebay will have used play stations and Wii as well xbox Systems for pretty good prices at the holidays. The bidding is crazy though you would need to stay on top of bidding. I use eBay around the holidays because i guess I put in my mind times are tough for folks and they want to either buy a new updated system for the kids or other gifts or just maybe need the money to get by. I always check eBay for things first in hopes i am helping someone out. A lot of times people sell multi packs of games they are done with or the game system with lots of games these are wonderful buys to watch for and always be sure to look at the the sellers rating and how long they have been ebaying so you are not being jipped but remember if you feel jipped message eBay and pay pal they tend to fix it and get your money back quickly.
