Causes of stress are many, finance, family, workplace, friends and each situation related to this. How do we take this and react to it.

If you notice the discomfort in any situation arises from the desires we have. If the desires are fulfilled by outcome of the situation we are happy. If not we are not happy and start stressing ourself.

The stress causes discomfort and we look for solutions to overcome our disappointment. This leading to more desires.
