Find solutions to your distractions - like every part of your business, this is just one more challenge that you need to take action on and solve. There are many community groups that can give you direction and support when it comes to solving these types of issues.

You are not work alone women - you are work at home women. If you can't find motivation within yourself - find someone who can motivate you!
