Instant Messengers (Multi Network Clients):

Below are Multi Network Clients have availalbe plugins for Encryption:
Gaim - is a multi-protocol instant messaging (IM) client meaning you can able to use your IM accounts in one roof (e.g.ym,msn,icq,gtalk,etc.)
And for the paranoid ones, with internet anyone should be, Gaim supports SILC.

Miranda - same as Gaim but much lighter , faster and lots lots of available plugins but ofcourse it have plugins for Encryption.

ScatterChat - Gaim+Tor

Instant Messengers (Non Multi Network Clients):
SILC - As i said for those paranoid ones this is it. This is not just for Instant Messaging.
CSpace - just the same for the paranoid animals but what i like about this is its somehow decentalized. Theres no central server and amazingly so easy to connect to one another due to its DHT implementation.
