S.O.C.O.M. (Soldier Of Christ On a Mission) came on the gospel scene in the summer of 2005. He released his debut album, "Tha Arrival", in February 2006. "Tha Arrival" did amazingly well for an independent release with 1,000 albums sold in less than a year. The hit song "Take It To The Churchfloor" blazed radio charts nationwide and was featured on DJ Laces' # 25 Mix Tape, Gospel Skate Jams Vol. 2, and Holy & Crunk Vol. 1. This song also landed S.O.C.O.M. nominations in 3 categories for the Texas Holy Hip Hop Achievement Awards in 2007 and the 2008 Stellar Awards.

S.O.C.O.M. has shared the stage with a number of national acts to include Lecrae, Trip Lee, Tedashii, Dillon Chase, Supertopolis, Canton Jones, Mark J, Tre-9, RawServant, Pettidee, JayMay, K-Drama, Kids In The Way, The Longing, MVP, Mr. Del, Lil Prophet, S.O.G. Crew and many other artist's. S.O.C.O.M. is on the frontline bringing "God's Word Over Beats" that reach all markets worldwide. S.O.C.O.M. who's also a Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army is committed to bridge the gap with Gospel Rap, the military community, and the church. Many lives have been changed and brought to Christ through his ministry.
