Every aspect of making gold is covered in Gold Secrets by Luke Brown. There is large emphasis on making great amounts of money at the Auction House. The guide explains the concepts for using add-ons to aid in your Auction House monopolization.

There are also some original strategies included; for example, once you are a higher level you can offer your service to tank for lower level instances. This is more time consuming and harder work, but it could be a nice change every once in a while. Another strategy was to help the people that have long and hard quests to achieve their epic mount.
