OK, So Here's the Thing...

You've got a business and have decided to promote it on the internet. You're the most FAB-u-lous realtor, artist, internet marketer, musician, etc., ever! But no one knows it!

Sadly, there's just too much competition. Too hard to get noticed in such a frenzied marketplace, don't you agree?

So let me give you the scoop on WOWit! and then you be the judge...will it give you the edge you seek, the attention you deserve in this dog-eat-dog world?

Software For Making Software

Now Don't let "Software" freak you out...

Just scrub "software" from your mind. Let's just call it "cake".
Making cake is much simpler than you think. Can you follow directions? Can you point and click? Well, Voila! (or wa-la as they say here in the Ozarks)you're a software, er...cake engineer! Ok, well not really but your clients will still be impressed.

Picture yourself creating digital portfolios of your work, complete with audio and video if you like. Artisans can demonstate your craft with video and narration or photo slide shows if you prefer. Bond with your prospective customer! Make 'em love you, if you have to. (Realtors know what I mean!)

Now, we're going to have a little poll as I'm interested in what your concerns are. Then I'll be back to talk to Real Estate Agents.

Business-wise, What's Your Greatest Concern?

In other words, what keeps you up at night?

Real Estate is a Tough Market Right Now!

How would WOWit! software maker benefit a Real Estate Agent?

With so many people wanting (and some desperately needing) to sell and so few buying, many realtors are in a precarious position. The competition for the "great" listings, the ones that would sell in just about any market, is fierce!

How do you compete?

All your tried and proven techniques, naturally. You can also put a new arrow in your quiver by using a WOWit showcase to grab their attention! Picture yourself calling on prospects in your usual professional and engaging way and yet not quite able to get that commitment. You could be there all day telling them how well you'll promote and feature their home but why not show them instead?

Pop rhw showcase DVD of your listings into their DVD player and let it do the persuading for you! There are many ways to do this but the basic concept(whether you have only one or several listings) is this:

Exterior shots of the home, several interior photos and photos of the grounds with you narrating as though you're physically showing them through the home right then and there! The showcase can be enhanced by background music, a slideshow or video showcasing the home with a walk-through and commentary by you.

These showcases are digital and can be emailed, put on DVD and snail mailed or placed right into the prospect's DVD player (or into the portable player you just happen to have with you :)

I'm sure you'll agree that your clients will appreciate you to be on the cutting edge and very professional. And that's what most of us want...to stand out in a crowd...be heard above the noise and recognized for all we do!

Be Unique When You Want to Sell Your Car~or Anything

Get all the Attention; Draw Them In!

One of our beta testers used WOWit! to sell his Rav 4. He used a music background (you may want to turn it down a bit :). You can do that or just narrate the pictures (with a little excitement in your voice), tell the story of the car; whatever you like. The audio is built into the software. All you need is a microphone!

Anyway, this is just one of hundreds of uses for WOWit! being released soon...

wowit a rav4 for a pound
