At the groceries. Being there so many sites with free delicious recipes finding good ones is no problem. Simply in Google type in "Free Low Fat Recipes". That should do the trick. Eating well is the main action for achieving six pack abs.
Next, when heading to the grocery have your list in sections and keep them focused. Although walking by the potato chips might be tempting try keeping it healthy at all possible.
Dairies, Meats, Fruits and Veg's, Grains is the most common of lists.
Stay away from foods that contain a lot of saturated fat. 2gms and higher if possible.
Training: The fun begins now. Don't have to have a membership at the gym or anything like that. Simply do this and build a habit from it. Workout #1: 30,30,50. I created this workout because of my short of timing during my week days.
30 Squats - Knees bent at 90 degres and rise up.
30 Push ups - start with less if you need to, but keep it syncronized.
and 50 washboard abs.
