Types of Web Hosting

Assessing Your Website's Needs

Before selecting a web host it is paramount that you understand the various types of hosting options you have. Every website has different needs and meeting your site's needs will help produce a satisfying end result. Hosting services available to you will likely fall into one of the following categories:

Free Web Hosting

Free web hosting is definitely the cheapest option available, however as we all know there's no such thing as a free lunch and this holds true with so called "free" hosting services as well. Free web hosts will often be advertisement supported and have very limited features, storage space, and bandwidth. Generally this is not a good option for any website which supports a business or needs to offer users a stable and efficient environment. Free hosting services are best for small web sites which are not intended to do much more than share a bit of info with a small group of friends.

Shared Web Hosting

With shared web hosting a single computer referred to as a box or a server will generally hold a large number of websites. The number will depend on the company, the cost, and the hardware that makes up the machine. Shared hosting is often a reliable hosting option for most websites including both small business and personal use. The overall quality, speed, and cost will fluctuate significantly from host to host so it is important to do your homework before selecting a shared hosting center. Often websites which abuse or use more resources including CPU time or bandwidth will be shut down. If your website requires heavy resource allotment you will likely need to look into another hosting option.

Reseller Web Hosting

This is a less common form of hosting but it allows clients to become web hosts themselves. Common examples of this would be web design firms who host their clients' websites. In truth, the only difference between reseller web hosting and shared hosting is generally the size of the hosting company. The larger hosting companies such as Bluehost and HostMonster are just much larger versions of reseller web hosting.

Virtual Dedicated Server

Virtual dedicated servers are very similar to shared hosting except in how the allotment of resources is handled. Whereas with shared hosting all clients share the same CPU and bandwidth resources with virtual dedicated servers each client is guaranteed a set amount of CPU power and bandwidth. Virtual dedicated servers also offer their clients what is often referred to as "root" access to their virtual machine. This offers them more hands on control with how the machine runs including the ability to tinker with the operating system.

Dedicated Hosting Service

With dedicated hosting services the user has full control over the server and is the only client who uses the server. There are normally two types of dedicated hosting options which are managed and unmanaged. With managed hosting the client will have various support-personal or plans in place to assist them with managing the server and ensuring that things such as its security policies are up to date. Unmanaged will leave all the responsibility in the hands of the client which can be less expensive in some cases. In both cases having a dedicated server offers you much more control over what options are available on your server from mail programs to FTP services and so on. Naturally dedicated servers are much more expensive and therefore many webmasters opt for the cheaper shared or virtual private server options. With both types of dedicated hosting the servers are owned by the hosting company.

Colocation Web Hosting Service

Colocation is similar to dedicating hosting services, but in this case the user fully owns the server and the hosting center simply provides a physical space, power, and a connection to the internet for the client. In many cases there is little or no further support for the client beyond ensuring that there is power and the negotiated bandwidth available to the server. With this option in most cases the owner of the server will have an administrator who must visit to the facility or have another form of remote access to the machine.

Clustered Hosting

In some cases it is not enough to have one server handling the needs of a website. For these cases clustered hosting becomes a viable solution. With clustered hosting multiple servers host the same information allowing a much larger base of users to access the information at one time.

Grid Hosting

Grid hosting is a form of distributed hosting where a server cluster acts like a grid and is composed of multiple nodes.

Home Server

In some cases webmasters elect to manage their own web servers at home or at their place of business. This can be done on both a consumer-grade broadband connection or in some cases on something more capable. Home servers are much like colocation except for the loss of the expensive facilities which generally have backup power sources, industrial grade cooling systems, and various other benefits. Some ISPs do not allow their users to host their own websites so it is best to investigate this before attempting to setup your own web server.

Which Hosting Option Should I Choose?

If you're reading this article you probably should be choosing shared hosting, or either virtual or fully dedicated hosting. For most small to medium sized websites these are perfectly adequate and viable options. If your web hosting needs are larger than this you will likely have an IT specialist who is part of your team who would be better equipped to assess your web hosting needs.

Hopefully by now you have a better idea about what type of hosting you need. Now it's time for the real fun, choosing the best webhost!

Basics of Business Web Hosting

In this era of computerization generally it becomes essential for many of the businesses to have their own web site. If a business has its own web site then it will have a professional look as well as it will have high rate of growth. As due to the increasing of the area of internet, business hosting for a website is becoming a normal business expense. By having a web site a business can increase its customers, and if a good company provides business hosting to one's website, it can bring a lot of traffic and business for his company.

Basically a business hosting for a website offers a place to one's web site where it can subsist and grow. The user's computer is connected to the internet and is offered an address that is known as IP address. Through IP address visitors hit upon one's computer to communicate with him. A business hosting company for one's website also allows him to take benefit of a DNS, or domain name system, instead of an IP address. By this method other people can find one's computer through a URL, or uniform resource locator. A URL is basically referred to as a web address.

In case of a business hosting, the company allows it's users to place his website on a server that makes it accessible on an enduring basis, as that server will always be connected the internet. To keep the server accessible all the time is really not an easy job and the business hosting companies are responsible for this intimidating task. Business hosting company make the user sure that his website can be seen by the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week only by paying small fees.

Some business hosting companies give this surety to the user that his web site will be accessible all the time, by designing and maintaining his web site. Though, many times the user himself is responsible for uploading his website onto the server from his computer. A business hosting company will avail some vital features to its user so as maintain the operation of his website. Along with this many business hosting companies also offer a domain name and an e-mail program so as to provide their company a professional look.

The business hosting company that is selected by the user for his web site should definitely provide him the facility of designing and maintenance, if the company is not providing these facilities the user should move for other company. A user will exactly get to know the requirements of his web site if he gets it designed earlier. As by designing his website earlier, he will know that how much storage space as well as the operating system he will be required.

In the market there are number of business hosting companies that are offering their services at very reasonable price. But user should select the company very carefully and also the company that offers all the required features. Further if user wants chat rooms, bulletin boards, or a shopping cart, he should make sure that the business hosting company, for his website offers him that competence.

Using JSP as a Host Server

JSP Hosting is a Java-based hosting application that is very similar to Microsoft ASP. By JSP hosting is meant the functionality to operate and administrate Java Server pages. Although Java Server Pages (JSP) has many similarities with Active Server Pages (ASP) of Microsoft, yet there are some variations in the operating conditions of hosting software.

JSP is a server-side language utilizing basic, plain tag-based codes introduced into XML and HTML codes to create dynamic, interactive webpages that are not dependent on any operating system. This implies that if everything else is OK they will be displayed in the same manner on all VDUs irrespective of the operating system. This is the outcome when you bring out your website created with JSP code, on a Java hosting service having JSP support.

JSP facilitates web designers to consolidate their creation of dynamic HTML with the regular static HTML. In many CGI programs, you are required to compose the total website in one particular program; whereas JSP enables you to compose the dynamic features and the static features of your website individually in different programs.

Java hosting inclusive of JSP support is the sensible choice for a web designer who wants to avoid the annoyance of work repetition. Java hosting and particularly JSP hosting will prove to be a productive option for the web designers having a group of professionals.

One of the best features of JSP is that you need not be versed in Java to use the program and it is integrated into software such as Macromedia Dreamweaver MX.

JSP utilizes various simple tags. Given below are some of the fundamental and widely used tags:
%u2022Actions:
An XML type tag that can do any of a group of operations.
%u2022Directives:
Instructions processed when the page is composed.
%u2022Declarations:
Declare procedures or variables with scope throughout the page.
%u2022Expressions:
A bit more complicated to explain, expressions create results which are then introduced into the output stream at suitable places.
%u2022Hidden Comments:
<--comment--> Document the page, not sent to the customer.
%u2022Scriptlets:
A segment of code that can access a declared variable and execute it at a specified time.

If you want to install JSP, keep in mind that you should have a hosting service that can provide JSP runtime modules on the host part of your web server so that you can use scripts suitable for the application.

Using Managed Dedicated Web Hosting Services

Free up your time and lower support anxiety with managed dedicated web hosting

Managed dedicated web hosting is ideal for an enterprise or individual that requires bandwidth and storage without the limitations that are likely when you subscribe for a free web hosting service. If your site has to be built with additional features then managed dedicated hosting should be suitable to you.

Dedicated services provide you with up to 500 email addresses. They have got storage to support basic database programs on the server part of the web host. This facilitates the creation of applications that enable you to store information on the server side too and integration of other programs, programming scripts and questionnaires into your website.

The main factor to these types of servers is the bandwidth that's provided to the subscriber. The monthly bandwidth allotment will be in the range of 500 to 1000 GB.

This is OK for a simple SOHO enterprise, or home office, as when you are likely to run a small flash or audio application or database on your website, this kind of hosting service should meet your needs. Also you can allocate the surplus email accounts to your colleagues, friends, relatives and so on.

When you are operating web-based programs over 1000 GB you have to think about upgrading your web hosting plan. There are different types of web hosting plans based on the types of web applications that you are about to create for your business. For instance, if you are creating online flow of video content for your website, then you will require surpassing the 1000 GB limit on your plan and obtaining more bandwidth.

As an enterprise or SOHO makes advancement, the requirement of more bandwidth becomes vital, particularly if your office is provided with LAN (local area network) or your personnel have access to the back-end of your website for downloading data from other sources.

Dedicated web hosting is utilized by most small enterprises and individuals until their operations outgrow their allotted bandwidth. Often they upgrade their web hosting plans to obtain more bandwidth and storage.

Basic Guide for Web Design

Just a few web design tips to keep in mind

Stop customers from leaving your website because of poor website design. You can stop that from happening and keep those customers right there on your website. How can you do that? Here are 5 tips to improve your website design so you keep your customers on your site and keep them coming back.

Tip Number 1. The first method is to make sure your typography of your content is suitable. Make sure your lines are spaced out accordingly to the text and sentence structure. Check your font and font size that you are using. You may like using a 10-Pixel text in Times New Roman but is that big enough for all to read. Do you have to strain to read the text? If so increase the text size and maybe change the font. As we get older our eyes are not like they use to be so make sure your font size, font style, and sentence spacing is easily readable.

Tip Number 2. Reduce large images so your web pages load quickly. There is nothing more bothersome than to have to wait on images and graphics to load before the entire website displays. Make sure the important parts of your website loads quickly so you do not lose visitors. Some say a website should load within 15 seconds. After this time, people tend to get disinterested in the site and click off the site. Continuously check your website design for loading time as you are building your website.

Tip Number 3. Content sells a product or service. Updated content will sell your product and service repeatedly. Your website design should include relevant content for the visitor and for search engine optimization. The search engines love content and they love fresh content that is relevant to your keywords. Be sure to break the content up and do not write a paragraph a page long. You are not writing a high school report you are writing website content for your internet visitors. Break the content up by using short paragraphs and white space. It is easier for the reader to read.

Tip Number 4. Have a simple and clear navigation area. A good website design will have a navigation area for the internet visitor that will take them from one place to the next in the website. Test the links to make sure they are directing the visitor to the right page and most importantly are working. The navigation links should be easily read. That means the text size, font size, and color should be distinguishable from the rest of the content. If it is hard to read people will leave the site. In addition to the navigation for navigating throughout the site include a "contact" or "about us" link to your navigation area. This gives creditability to your website. People want to be able to contact someone if they have a question or something is wrong. They also like to read about the business owner. What the business owners credentials are and a little about the business. This builds relationships and people buy more from people they have a relationship with.

Tip Number 5. This last tip involves testing your website. What do I mean by testing your site? I mean to test it out like you are the internet visitor. Whatever HTML editor or program you use to design your website you should be able to click on a button to preview your website in a web browser just how it would look on the World wide Web. Test the links to make sure they direct you to the information that they pertain to and you instructed. Pay close attention to your load time, and your layout of your website. Is the content easy to read and understand? How does my graphics look? Are they overwhelming? Is the color scheme of my website off and not matching the feel of my website style? Are my paragraphs justified properly and is all spelling correct?

These tips above will help you in your website design process to ensure a professional appearance of your internet business. Step back and look at your website from your customers perspective and ask yourself is this a site that I trust to provide me with the type of service or product, I need. If you answer yes then you have completed a successful website design and if you answer no just go back and correct it until you get it right. Remember Rome was not built in a day.

Professional Web Design

Do NOT Break the Bank

The first thing you need to know about professional web design is that both the cost and the craftsmanship can vary greatly between designers. This is why you should always review the work of designers instead of basing the decision solely on price.

Now it is very helpful to know a little bit about the website designing process if you want to know where your money is going. Understanding the process will also help you save time and stress (as well as some money) by knowing what the designers will need from you and when they will need it.

The first things the designers will want to know is the main goal of the website, who its for, as well as any preferences you have for the visual layout of the website so that this can be implemented in the design. This information will allow the designers to create a site map. A site map is basically a map of the website showing the different components of the site and how they all link together.

The next part of the process is to design the actual visual aspects of the site. You will have little interaction during this stage, and cost is pretty standard, so you should utilize your time to gather up all of the materials and information you will need for the final steps.

In this step you will be working with the designers to bring it all together, to implement your content into the site layout. Delays and additional costs are frequent during this stage and the best way to avoid them is to be prepared early. Keep in mind that the more pages in your website the more this stage will cost.

The final stage in the web design process is to take you finished website and open it to the public. For most websites this is relatively simple and often takes a single half day to a few days to complete.

There are a couple of other costs to keep in mind when shopping around, these are the ongoing prices of running a website. Most designers don't include these costs in their quotes so be sure to ask. The costs mainly come from domain name registration, which is buying the address that you website will be at, and from hosting the website. If you are unfamiliar with these it may be best to speak with your designer and have them recommend a service provider.

Discuss your expectations for the website and a ball park budget with the designer. A professional web designer who has more experience will tell you if your expectations are feasible within the budget you have. If you have a larger budget then consider a competitive tendering process, though in all cases you should get price quotations in writing.

Balanced Web Design

Before we start on this article, let us agree on one point that web designing is a form of art and designing website is a recognised art. So, it can safely said that every web designer is an artist. Now, there are various type of artists in the world like good artist, best artist, bad artist, average artist or a copy cat artist. Same can be said for web designers, there are good web designers, bad web designers and copy cat web designers.

Now that you are ready to develop and design your website you will need to find a good web designer for yourself who can design a fair website which addresses your needs and purposes and at the same reflects your corporate identity and builds a brand equity for your brands. But, to whom will you ask or how will you get in touch with a web designer who is good and will address your concerns. There are many web designers around --- but which one is the good one ? It's very simple to know ----- the web designer who can give you good design is a good web designer.

Now, what is a good web design or an ideal web design, or which will be the best web design for your website ? If you try find information for the definition of good web design or an ideal web design, you will probably come across hundreds of article on the subjected. Each article will be stressing some points and will be informing you that the points mentioned in that particular articles are the valid ones and all others are not so important. Some will stress functionality and some will stress on website being visually appealing, while some will also stress on content. But how will you decide - which website will be the best for you ?

Do you think Pablo Picasso, created a master piece by reading different articles ? No !

So, if you want to create a good website design for yourself, stop reading and following all this web designing articles, and start thinking about the purpose of your website and what you need your website to do for you. Actually, there is no right or wrong way to design a website. I can safely bet that all the points mentioned in hundreds of article around the internet are all important and useful, if implemented in the right way.

Whenever you read an article on web designing, just take it with a pinch of salt and remind yourself, that is just one opinion and not THE opinion. I would highly recommend to stop reading all the articles and give your brain some exercise. The right web designs will come from there. You know your business very well and you will know what type of website your company needs.

You can slo visit few other websites and take references for web designing from there. That will allow you to know what type of websites are existing on reality, you will not just rely on wishful thinking of a web designer. The moot point here is that you need your website to be functional, beautiful, visually appealing and rich in content as well. The best website is that has all this aspects in balance of each other.

A balanced website which has functionalities, is visually appealing and is rich in content can only be ideally classified as a good web design. Basically web designing is an art, which requires creativity and creativity is not something that can be acquired by learning or purchased by money.

Important Rules of Web Design

When it comes to your website, extra attention should be paid to
every tiny detail to make sure it performs optimally to serve its purpose. Here are seven important rules of thumb to observe to make sure your website performs well.

1) Be careful with splash pages

Splash pages are the first pages you see when you arrive at a website. They normally have a very beautiful image with words like "welcome" or "click here to enter". In fact, they are just that -- pretty vases with no real purpose. Do not let your visitors have a reason to click on the "back" button! Give them the value of your site up front without the splash page.

2) Do not use excessive banner advertisements

Even the least net savvy people have trained themselves to ignore banner advertisements so you will be wasting valuable website real estate. Instead, provide more valuable content and weave relevant affiliate links into your content, and let your visitors feel that they want to buy instead of being pushed to buy.

3) Have a simple and clear navigation

You have to provide a simple and very straightforward navigation menu so that even a young child will know how to use it. Stay away from complicated Flash based menus or multi-tiered dropdown menus. If your visitors don't know how to navigate, they will leave your site.

4) Have a clear indication of where the user is

When visitors are deeply engrossed in browsing your site, you will want to make sure they know which part of the site they are in at that moment. That way, they will be able to browse relevant information or navigate to any section of the site
easily. Don't confuse your visitors because confusion means "abandon ship"!

5) Be very careful audio on your site

If your visitor is going to stay a long time at your site, reading your content, you will want to make sure they're not annoyed by some audio looping on and on on your website. If you insist on adding audio, make sure they have some control over it-- volume or muting controls would work fine.

Just as important as choosing the
best web hosting service provider, your website design must be clean, functional and lead your visitor effortlessly.  These are keys to your success. P.S. Another important factor for FREE traffic is to keep your pages search
engine friendly

Website Structure

The Beginning to a Successful Website

Before you plan a website, make sure you have already discovered optimal niche for your website.

Then, remember one vital thing! STRUCTURE

Just to remind you, I repeat everything I have probably already mentioned. You need to find the correct keywords and choose the most profitable website concept for you. You have to build a table of keywords that can bring targeted traffic to your website and are often searched for, but still not so competitive as to make a top ranking next to impossible. You also make your concept ever more profitable through competition research. Hence you are ready to work on a Web Site plan.

Create a Paper Outline Structure First and foremost - I know it's tedious, but it will help in the long run. Building a content based Web site is like writing a paper. The best way is to develop an outline first. Organize your thoughts with the help of an outline and place the material in a logical manner that will make it easy for your visitors to use and understand your site. Take a look at how the site might be ordered logically into categories and individual pages. Now is the time to build your website structure. You'll collect all your selected and sorted keywords and arrange them in logical website format.

(Tier One or Home Page) 1

(Tier Two Pages) 2 2 2 2

(Tier Three Pages) 3 3 3 3 3 3

Your web site plan shall consist of Tier One, Tier Two and Tier Three Pages. Your website structure should have a total of three levels. You do not want to go deeper than level three and make your site confusing for both the search engines and human visitors.

The First Tier consists of only one page, your Home Page. Your Home Page shall be based on your Site Concept keyword. It is the keyword you have selected for your niche. You will then build a subcategory list for each second-tier category for your Tier Two Pages. Arrange second-tier categories in a logical manner to help your visitors find what they want fast.

For your Tier Three pages, most second-tier categories will have to be subdivided further into third-tier categories. Your Tier Two pages must be based on highly profitable keywords. Your Tear Two pages may range anywhere from 5 to 10 pages with further breakdown of 5 to 10 Tier Three pages for your each Tier 2 page. Your site may contain anywhere from 37 to 250 pages. When your site reaches 250 pages, you should start working on new web site plan.

Name each page according to its very specific content. For example, a page that promotes pocket pc would be named "pocket-pc.html." Both the title within the page and its title "meta-tag" should also include the keyword phrase, respectively. Second, if your categorization is logical and good, it makes it easy for your visitors to find what they are looking in your site.

Your home page should preferably link only to Tier 2 pages, both within the body copy, and from within a text or graphic navigation bar. Each of these pages can themselves link to 5-10 Tier 3 pages. Your Tier 2 pages will include content focused on your most profitable keywords, so your key pages have get a higher chance of getting indexed first.

The Tier 3 pages should relate to the Tier 2 page that links to it. Their main keywords may be not so profitable.

This concise, 3-Tier Web site structure gives an easy site for both your human visitors and your search engine spiders. All steps given above are integral part of your web site planning and key to success!

Internal Linkage

Internal Linkage Structure Strategy | Part 2

Website structure has an important impact to well rank in the search engines. The well-constructed navigation schemes you employ can significantly affect your ranking. You must pay attention to this point before you start building your website.

Internal linkage structure represent the most important search engines strategy that can involve your pages rankings and it can make the difference between two websites rankings.

4. internal page rank

1- The key the most important element to your website success is the valuable content. But content should be usable by search engines and your visitors.

When you are setting up the initial structure of your website you want to be sure that the table structure is arranged in such way that spiders can easily and as quickly as possible get to the most important content.

There are three types of website structure:

* Pyramid structure: in which the homepages links to each categories and each categories links to each sub-categories. With this tactic, most of the page rank is focused on the homepage. And the lower you to rest to the other.

* Hierarchical structure: each webpage is linked to all the other WebPages of the site. It represents the best tactic to smaller website.

* Hybrid structure: hybrid structure uses the advantages of pyramid and hierarchical

2. Site map is a web page that lists all of the pages on your web site and you want the search engines to find and include them in their index.

Sitemaps can improve search engine optimization of a site by making sure that all the pages can be found and indexed. It help both visitors and search engine spiders to find pages on the web site

Sitemap will be a page that includes links to every other page on your site. From the sitemap, the search engine spiders can find every single page of your site. There is no need to include all of these links on your homepage.

Webmasters have been using Html sitemaps to get their content identified by search engines. This type of HTML sitemaps can be interpreted by visitors and search engines.

Website owner must build three types of sitemaps:

Html Sitemaps: building an HTML sitemap linked to and from your home page is something confidence webmasters have been doing for years and perhaps is the simplest to create. This sitemap is simply a list of pages contained on your site and enables the search engines spiders to easily find your pages, especially the ones that are linked unfathomable in your website that they may have trouble finding otherwise. You can add to every link a description to give visitors more information about your website.

XML sitemap: it is an xml file containing a structured list of web pages. After generating your xml file, you locate it on your web server and you allow Search Engine crawlers to find out what pages are present and which have recently changed. Google sitemaps is an xml sitemap and it the only search engine how recommended it.

Text sitemap: it is simply a list of the URLs of your site in the form of a text file. These can then be submitted to search engines such as Yahoo! to notify them that all the pages exist and by doing so invites their spider to visit. Best of all, there are many free online generator, they will spider your website and create your XML sitemap file and text sitemap.

Every type of sitemaps has an advantage that can help your website to get more traffic or to have a friendly relationship with search engines. For that reason, it's very important to build all this sitemaps.

Building sitemaps for the different search engines will help your website to the maximum exposure because search engines will allow their spiders to crawl earlier, more methodically and more significantly into your website pages.

2- The keywords research is very important in building traffic and rank well. Before you start creating content and collecting for the website you need to do a little keyword research. This fundamental step should be not be skipped.

Generally, the homepage should be contained the most relevant phrase and internal page concentrate to the less competitive. Moreover, the keyword phrase should be the anchor text that you use to refer these pages.

Try to use the phrases that you should want to target on those pages as the linking text.

It always best to start off on the keywords with less competition. Get some free traffic with those keywords, and then you can focus on the larger keywords.

4- The table structure and keywords search dictate how the page rank should travel to your sub-pages from your homepage and vice versa.

On the whole, if you have a webpage linked to from your homepage it will be given more weight that a webpage that is three or four levels profound in your site.

Nuts and Bolts of Unix Hosting

The basics of Unix Hosting and what to look for...

UNIX hosting is incorporated on a system with a UNIX configuration, this platform being a multi-user computer operating system developed mainly for servers and complex applications. UNIX offers a basic operating system structure for many open-source organizations such as Linux (GNU), Solaris (Sun Microsystems), etc. With regard to web hosting, the choice of UNIX as an alternative has its own merits and demerits.

UNIX has been in the field for several years and mid-frame computer users were using it as a language for some applications. When Microsoft Windows was developed the UNIX file naming concept was adapted for their purpose.

UNIX hosting costs less than Windows hosting. As many web hosting providers use the free version of UNIX (like Linux), they are spared of the large overhead expenditure which accompanies any Windows operating system, and the saving in costs is passed on to the users. Further, the users of UNIX hosting often get free tools and applications mainly intended for the UNIX clientele. As UNIX hosting is an open system its source code is freely available from several websites.

This facilitates web developers working for different companies and on different projects, quicker development of applications. As a result, faster improvements and quicker solutions to problems are made possible.

One disadvantage of using UNIX hosting is that your web hosting provider will permit access to your account only through SSH or Telnet. Hence it becomes necessary that you should be versed in the UNIX language so as to customize the application to your needs. You are likely to spend considerable time in learning the fundamentals before you can enjoy the benefits of UNIX hosting, but mastering the UNIX language is not so difficult.

When the UNIX operating system and UNIX hosting are considered for your enterprise, you have to think about your own technical expertise too. Then compare the special features available with each system and hosting provider, taking the existent technology and especially your budget into consideration before making a decision.
