I'm sick and tired of being tired all the time. I have absolutely no energy and numerous health problems. I was eating only 1 meal a day and not losing any weight. I went to several doctors who all told me it was impossible not to lose weight if I really was eating only 1 meal a day. I finally found a doctor who believed me. He said he really didn't need any tests to tell me what was wrong but just to satisfy me, he would do a blood workup. It showed just what he suspected. It's so simple and doesn't cost a thing. The second time around I was really serious about weight loss. I look at the people I know, people I go to church with, just people out in public and I see overweight everywhere I look. Even our children are overweight. I look back to how I felt before I gained all this and remember having energy. I loved to garden and fish and go horseback riding. I can't do any of those things now because of my weight. I have to believe that weight affects other people in the same way. If sharing what I've learned can help just a few people, if will be worth the effort.
