Two years ago I had cancer and lost almost 40 pounds in a matter of just a few months. I was impressed. I did not know that it was possible to lose weight that quickly. I modified my wardrobe because my clothes were quite literally hanging off of me, and I even had my belts shortened to accommodate the 6 inches I had lost around my waist.
Mind you I felt lousy, looked poorly, and almost died, but for the first time in almost a decade my three digit body weight didn't begin with a two! Although effective I can not recommend cancer as a weight loss technique. Thanks to the steroids I was prescribed and my returning appetite, I quickly regained all of my lost weight, and had to buy new longer belts to accommodate my resized waistline. Not only did I almost die from the cancer, but the weight loss was not permanent. Definitely not the outcome that I had been looking for.
When I met Bryan Drollinger, in January 2009, and found out that he had lost 40 pounds, 7 years prior, and had successfully kept it off all those years since, I knew that I needed to know how he had done it.
I drove almost 400 miles to Boise to meet Bryan face to face, and to be introduced to some of the amazing people he is working with. Weight loss was common, and the before and after pictures that people posted on their business cards were astonishing. If I had not met the actual people I don't know if I would have believed it.
The weight loss was amazing, but I was meeting people who were like Bryan. They had lost just as much weight as I had, but unlike me, they had successfully kept it off for years.
As long last I knew that I had found a system that did not require will power to succeed. All it required was a vision of a slimmer me, and the willingness to follow a well thought out and proven system. A system that produces permanent weight control.
While I am just beginning my journey into my own slimmer and trimmer future I have already enjoyed several pounds of weight loss, and in less than a week, dropped two inches off of my waistline!
I'm not particularly hungry at any given time, and this just astonishes me. I've dieted before and found that it was all too easy to cheat, and justify the forbidden snacks.
Don't even want to now!
I'm feeling the best I have in years and I no longer feel like my biggest clothes are too tight. It is refreshing to know that there is a safe, affordable program, which does not require dangerous drugs or having a deadly disease to succeed.
I can see a very clear path to life long control of my weight, and I am learning how to share this great future with others who want the same results.
I'm telling the world about Weight loss without willpower because I found that it worked! I learned that in 28 years it has become the best researched program anywhere. All the reviews that I have found reveal that this program and method work the best. The National Weight Registry reviewed people who have lost at least 50 pounds and KEPT it off for several years; this program utilizes 100% of the habits that enabled them to perform this outstanding feat. Getting one's body weight into healthy range may add as much as 9 years to their life expectancy. I am a cancer survivor - I want every extra day I can get! Above is a picture of me taken 29 Jan 2009. I weighed 214 pounds! At 5'9" my BMI was 31.7, which is Grade 1 Obese! Not good! I not only want to live all the life I have available to me, but additionally, I want to do everything I can to prolong my life span to the greatest extent possible.
