A Review of 3 Top Weight Lifting Programs

Below you will find reviews of three of the top weight lifting programs on the Internet today. Each one of these courses was written by a strength training expert who overcame his genetics and built a powerful, muscular body. They were all able to build a huge amount of muscle without steroids or a truckload of supplements. Forget the self proclaimed gurus and infomercial con artists - these guys have walked the walk and and have the muscle to prove it!

#1 No Nonsense Muscle Building

A comprehensive weight lifting program for skinny guys

Rank: #1

Cost: $97 ($117 for upgrade package)

Guarantee: 100% Money Back

Description:
Vince Delmonte's no nonsense muscle building course covers everything you need to build muscle quickly and naturally. His best selling ebook disproves the myths about the supplement industry and teaches you how to weight train without throwing your money away on useless supplements.

Here are just a few of the things you learn from this course:
  • How to build lean muscle without any supplements
  • How to stay injury free
  • Hassle-free meal plans, even if you're a vegetarian
  • How to rest and recover so you can keep building muscle after every session
  • The few supplements that do help (if you're interested and advanced enough to take advantage of them)

His comprehensive package includes a 200 page ebook, exercise guide, meal plans, and more. You get access to his web site where you'll find exercise animations and a database that answers frequently asked questions about muscle building. His upgrade package gives you an audio version of his book, an entire book about fat loss, plus you can e-mail him with any questions you may have!

In my opinion, what separates vince's program from so many of his competitors is a special section called Upside Down Training. In this essential, step by step guide, he takes you through a month-long process for beginners. He teaches you stretching routines, core strength training, and tips for correcting muscle imbalances. Why is this so important? If you don't learn these things and get started the right way, you're asking for a real injury down the road!

New: Vince Delmonte will now include a 4 hour DVD program at no extra cost.

I admit it's a bit pricey, but if you're serious about building muscle it is well worth the cost.

#2 Muscle Gain Truth

Another strong candidate for the top muscle building program

Rank: #2

Cost: $77 ($107 for upgrade package)

Guarantee: 100% Money Back

Description: There isn't too much to criticize about Sean's program. It is very similar to the course above and includes many of the same features such as exercise guide and meal plans. The philosophy is a bit different, since he emphasizes training to failure. His online exercise videos used to distinguish his program, but now Vince Delmonte (see above) will begin offering a DVD program at no extra cost.

I think the main point against Muscle Gain Truth, however, has to do with injury prevention. He has a good section on how to go about your workouts while you're already injured. This is good information, but Upside Down Training (see above) uses an excellent approach to prevent injuries through systematic stretching, core training, and correcting muscle imbalances.

Overall, this is an excellent course, and there's little separating the top two courses.

#3 Muscle Gaining Secrets

#3 Muscle Gaining Secrets

Rank: #3

Cost: $39.95

Guarantee: 100% Money Back

Description: Written by Jason Ferrugia.

This program does have some weaknesses. At the time of this review, it did not include any exercise videos or any extensive information about stretching. Also, it lacks a step by step approach that teaches a beginner how to prevent injuries and prepare for more rigorous training. I felt that the overall presentation of the material was also less appealing. Some of his books that he includes are very plain PDF documents. His meal plans are not nearly as thorough as those above, and there are no options for vegetarians.

Don't get me wrong - this program does have plenty of good advice that anyone can use to start gaining muscle. The price is certainly more affordable and puts a serious weightlifting program within the reach of many more consumers. However, I honestly think you'll get a lot more out of the first two weight lifting programs, even if they are more expensive.
