When I started on a diet that consisted of:

* B6 and B12 injections
* 600 Calorie diet
* High protein power shake

First week lost 5 lbs
second week 3 lbs
averaging 3 lbs per week.

Weight loss protocal low carb way

Making the decision to lose weight is the first step to success. I thought it was going to be difficult as I love breads, cakes, cookies, potato chips, mashed potatoes. I was told give up carbs.
Sure easier said than done. But I was determined!

Went to a local clinic and handed the weight loss folder with instructions, had blood tests and EKG done. And than given an injection that consisted of B6 and B12, wow, felt great. Than I was weighed and the nurse handed me a bag that had the HCG and DHEA creams that I was to use once a day.The injections B6/B12 were once a week. And of course given a sheet with the diet.

The diet:
4 oz veal, chicken breast, turkey breast, london broil,twice a day.
Spinach, green salad,red radishes,cucumber and certain vegetables but the trick was to choose just one of the vegetables per sitting, not mix them such as a green salad with radishes.Vegies can be eaten with each meal.
Fruits, apple (helps weigh loss)
Grapefruit (helps with weight loss)
And berries.
Two low fat saltines or one melba toast per day.

The combination of the diet along with HCG plus B6and B12 WORKS!!!
