Rajesh, through some good fortune, a trip to Technorati led me to your post. I went back to read all five of your posts from 2003 on the Entrepreneur's Enigmas.
I think you did an excellent job of sharing the need to balance so many things such as strategy vs execution, near term vs long term, work vs life, and head vs heart.
You share a richness to the complexity of the process, the entrepreneurial mindset, that exceeds the common focus on financial return. I enjoyed our post and find it as relevant today as when you wrote it five years ago. Thank you for sharing your inner thoughts.
