Understanding the Secret

What is one thing that people do whenever they have a panic attack? More often than not, they are going to try to struggle their way through the anxiety and to get to the other side as quickly as possible. This may seem like a logical course of action to do but in reality, it is just going to wear you out and make you unable to face any more anxiety attacks that may be coming your way.

I was at the beach one day enjoying a little bit of relaxation and trying to avoid having any more anxiety attacks, as they seemed to be coming too fast to handle. The surf was absolutely beautiful that day and there were plenty of people out with their surfboards enjoying the beach as well. After watching the surfers for a while, it became clear to me that they were able to ride on their wave rather easily and to stay on top of it without any effort.

I began to make a connection between the waves that they were surfing and the waves of panic that I was always feeling, thinking that perhaps I can do the same thing that they were doing.
