You then dip it into a powder which is provided and you proceed to rub your teeth gently in a brushing fashion. It also leaves your mouth smelling fresh and minty.
After four days I was experiencing pretty awesome results and after a week I stopped using it altogether. I had by then only used one pack so I decided that I'd use the rest if my teeth began to lose their shine. There is a recession on after all.

- Really great lens, I found it very informative as well as insightful. There are numerous methods of teeth whitening, but i feel the Best Teeth Whiteners are the dental office options, because you can consult with your dentist beforehand coupled with the expertise and experience, you can be sure to get the best treatment.
