- In answer to the question: Can I use Genewize to guide me to prepare meals that would benefit just me? The answer is Absolutely Yes!
The health assessment provided is used to provide information about the nutritional needs of individuals. Once they have the report in hand, they can and should definitely use that information as a dietary guide. It is not necessary to order the custom supplements; one of the benefits of the nutritional report is that it allows our customers to alter their diets accordingly for the rest of their lives.
