should you just keep going.

If the issues are abusive or violence,
without help this will not change.
Do not ever allow anyone to make you feel unworthy, if you are afraid or fear full of what they might do.
Mostly our issues for breaking up can be sorted and second time round relationships can be stronger.

Lack of communication are major issues in all relationship.
Going back to a relationship just because the other person wants is not a good idea.

You should only consider a second chance of you both can see a future, a long term relationship.
Communicate with each other, be honest, put in words what it is you want, and what it is you can and cannot tolerate.
