What is the best UML tool? Well I'm fed up of trying to answer on my own. Its easy to judge the ones you use but not the ones you don't... ain't that the truth!
Lets all get together and rate the ones we know and if enough of vote the results should be a great help (if not perfect).

- They both show the behavior inside the system but also to a degree how it should be used. Detail can be high level or the nuts and bolts.
