Robert Lambertson: Steps To Living The Dream With A Successful Home Business

Robert Lambertson is a father of 4 children who watched their daddy, EVERY DAY, go to work. "I missed three of my four kids growing up. They are all College age now. I have a fourth child,
Emma, who is still in Elementary School and I WILL NOT MISS that experience!"
Getting up every day, getting ready for work and then driving in bumper to bumper traffic 5 to 6 days a week can cause serious road rage, especially driving as many miles as I had to drive to work, not to mention doing it twice a day. It was making me an angry husband and dad. I was not only an angry person, it was also aging me and causing some health problems, physically and mentally. I was tired of everything, but mainly I was tired of not being able to spend any time with my family, especially my daughter. I remembered what it was like when I was a kid. My mom stayed home and took care of us kids and dad went to work everyday. I never got to do alot of things with my dad, because he was always working. He provided our family with a very comfortable lifestyle, but to do that he had to be gone all of the time. As they say, "the apple never seems to fall far from the tree" because I followed that same lifestyle. Providing a comfortable life for my family but never being around to enjoy it. There had to be a better way to make enough money to keep my family in the same lifestyle that they are accustomed to and be able to spend more time at home. I had to figure out how I could do that with the way the economy is today? As luck would have it, I came across a recession proof way to earn a successful living from the comforts of your own home. I found it to be very easy to follow, especially if you're not a computer genius as I am NOT. No need to hit up your family and friends, no cold calls or telemarketing involved. All you have to do is spend a few hours a day on your computer and start watching the profits role in. I'm fortunate enough to be able to spend alot more time with my daughter now and I would like to help you spend more time with your loved ones or just more time doing what you want. No traffic to fight. No boss to answer to. No waiting a year before you can take a weeks vacation, that probably doesn't pay you a decent check. I will show you how to take all the vacations you want and get PAID wherever you are. Let me help you live the dream as I am doing today. The dream that means the most to me is being able to be a big part of Emma's life. I wouldn't trade that for anything.

Robert Lambertson:Total Dedication

Fire Your Boss. Be Secure In Your Home Business

I am dedicated to making this business work ! For a long time, I worked
40 hours a week, sometimes 60, making someone else, who probably spent
there week on a golf course somewhere, a successful entrepreneur. I never knew from one day to the next whether or not I was going to have my job. With having to provide food, clothing and a safe place to live, not to mention, I have 3 boys in College, I needed to feel secure with my income. I was still working in the automobile industry when I started my home business. As with any business, I started off slow, but I worked around the clock to get my home business going. I went through several companies that are supposed to help you get your business off the ground, but they seemed to flop. I was spending money with nothing in return. Then I came across 4emmalamb and the money started coming in almost immediately. Finally feeling secure in MY Home Business, I fired my boss and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Well, my mission is to help others to become secure in their own successful Home Business. "FIRE" their bosses, and make them their caddies!!!

Robert Lambertson: " We All Make Mistakes."

If you NEVER Make Mistakes, How are you going to LEARN From Them.

You can't ever take back or change things that have occurred in the past, but we learn from our mistakes and correct them. Although some keep making mistakes or even refuse to acknowledge that they are in fact mistakes, many of us try to figure out a way to make things right. I know I've made plenty of them and when it comes to my family, I try to think things through more carefully because it doesn't only affect me , it affects my whole family. So, when it comes to feeding the family, I look at everything, research it, google it, whatever I have to do to make sure it's the right thing for us. Wow! This is starting to sound like Oprah or Dr. Phil, let me just say one more thing:
"There are many great opportunities out there if you just take the time and LOOK!! "

Robert Lambertson: Surfing The Web

Why Shouldn't This Be You ?

Robert Lambertson was a skeptic." For years I didn't even care to look at a
computer, then one day I got on my kids computer and started, mmmm
whats it called, ohh yeah "surfing the web". I was amazed at the things
I could find or do on this thing. So, I created an email for myself and
went from there. Came across a website that changed my life and with
the way the economy is right now, gave me a worry free way to earn a
comfortable living. For a long time I went through life with my eyes
closed until I finally opened them and LOOKED!"

Robert Lambertson: A Special Gift

I think my mouth stayed open for at least 10 minutes!

I like giving gifts and watching the surprised look on peoples faces when they open them up. I try to be unusual, sometimes it blows up in my face, but most of the time not. I'm not used to getting gifts, because I usually tell people not to buy me anything. I tell them to just get something for my kids. Well, it's not my birthday or my anniversary, it's almost Christmas but not quite yet and someone surprised me with something that means the world to me. If you do anything, this is worth looking at. Oh, and by the way, I have the connections to get you one of these for yourself, so please take a look!

Robert Lambertson: Thanksgiving At The Lambertson Home

My Sons and My Nephews in Front of My Home at Thanksgiving

Well, as you've probably noticed, I've dedicated most of this lens to my 8 year old daughter Emma. I'm sure by now you've noticed that my company is also named after my daughter. I don't play favorites, but as you can see from the picture, my sons are all grown up and in college and are doing their own thing. My daughter Emma, has quite a bit more growing up to do and that's the reason I started my company. I wanted to be around for that. Back to the subject at hand, Thanksgiving at the Lambertson Estate. We had a house full of family, from my side and from Patti's side.
The 2 boys to the back of this picture are Patti's brother and sister in law, Chip and Annette's boys. They're my nephews, Beau and Andrew and the 2 in the front are my sons, Scott and Ryan. I have twin boys, Ryan is one and Reed, who's not pictured, is the other. Scott's my oldest and the twins are not too far behind him.
Now that you know who everybody is, I feel better that I didn't leave anyone out, well except for the dog. Guess I have to write another section on that because my daughter said not to leave anyone out. After all he is part of the family.
Thanksgiving Day was pretty crowded at the Lambertson Estate. We had 22 Family members in our house. That seems like alot, but I know people who had more than that. You can only imagine the amount of food we had on our table. It looked like a Chinese Buffet. We could have fed the whole neighborhood or a small country. There wasn't one thing on that table that didn't taste good, in fact I wish I had some of it right now. I'm sure it will be repeated at Christmas. By the way watch for me to appear on Big Fat Loser this season. ( Just kidding ) We went around the table and each person said what they were thankful for. When it came to me, I looked around the room and saw everyone's smiling faces, anxiously waiting for my answer, but I really think they were just hungry. As I glanced at my kids and my wife and my mother I said, " I'm thankful for a wonderful, healthy family, who I get to spend alot of time with and that I have the ability to provide them with a comfortable lifestyle." I was the last one that had to say what we were thankful for. There were tears, some applause and a few loud amens and everyone started digging in. I've been a lucky guy most of my life and the luck keeps coming. Again I say THANK YOU.

Entrepreneur- A Personality Who Is Willing To Take On A New Venture.

An entrepreneur is a person who has possession of a new enterprise, venture or idea, and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks and the outcome. He or she is an ambitious leader who combines land, labor, and capital to often create and market new goods or services. ...

The term is a loanword from French and was first defined by the Irish economist Richard Cantillon. Entrepreneur in English is a term applied to the type of personality who is willing to take upon herself or himself a new venture or enterprise and accepts full responsibility for the outcome. Jean-Baptiste Say, a French economist, believed to have coined the word Entrepreneur first in about at 1800. He said an entrepreneur is "one who undertakes an enterprise, especially a contractor, acting as intermediatory between capital and labour".Guide to Management Ideas and Gurus, Tim Hindle, The Economist, page 77,

Entrepreneurship is often difficult and tricky, resulting in many new ventures failing. The word entrepreneur is often synonymous with founder. Most commonly, the term entrepreneur applies to someone who creates value by offering a product or service, by carving out a niche in the market that may not exist currently. Entrepreneurs tend to identify a market opportunity and exploit it by organizing their resources effectively to accomplish an outcome that changes existing interactions within a given sector.

Observers see them as being willing to accept a high level of personal, professional or financial risk to pursue opportunity.

Business entrepreneurs are viewed as fundamentally important in the capitalistic society. Some distinguish business entrepreneurs as either "political entrepreneurs" or "market entrepreneurs," while social entrepreneurs' principal objectives include the creation of a social and/or environmental benefit.
