Wolf Sweatshirt

Wolves have played a big part in most cultures where they are considered to be a major rule in Ancient teachings and signs. They were considered to be teachers and pathfinders. Most people think that wolves are like really wild who would attack at anything and would leave nothing but blood on its trails. This is all a misconception. I know that wolves are very social, friendly and intelligent creatures which are one of the reasons why I can wear my wolf sweatshirts proudly. I know all of this because we have a wolf shelter here in Alaska and I volunteer there often.

Have you noticed why most wolf sweatshirts would portray the wolf as a lone creature? This is not because they are terrible creatures that they have to live by themselves. You see wolves really have a strong sense of family and they are very loyal to their mates. However, they also would like to maintain their individualism. Each wolf has a pack but in every pack, you will find that each wolf is different. A wolf pack is very organized but each wolf would remain as a free spirit.

One more reason why I like wolves is the fact that they have fearless characters - something that I truly admire. This is probably why they are also misunderstood and viewed as gruesome creatures. Although their most dominant weapon is their physical bodies, I love the way that a simple penetrating stare can give you the chills. Even the howl of a wolf can give those who hear it goose bumps. My friend gave me a wolf sweatshirt that had a grey wolf staring at the back. The eyes were so real like and it always made me feel comforted - as if someone was watching my back - literally.

My friends and parents know how I feel about these animals and I often get a wolf sweatshirt every Christmas or in my birthday from one of them.
