Because bowling is a fairly simple real-life game, Wii Bowling manages to bring almost all aspects of it into your living room. Actual bowling experience and technique will help you in Wii Bowling. Likewise, playing Wii Bowling might even help you a little when you head down to the actual lanes. First, you will need to know the basics of manipulating the ball with the Wii remote.
Here's some simple tips to get you bowling like a pro!
Step1
Place the Wii remote wrist strap around your wrist and secure it tightly. This will ensure you do not accidentally throw the Wii remote and prevent damage to the television or the Wii remote itself.
Step2
Ensure you have about 4 feet of clear space in all directions around you. You're going to be swinging the remote backward and forward just as if it were a bowling ball.
Step3
Pick up the Wii remote with your throwing hand, place your four fingers on the back of the remote and wrap your thumb around the front. Your index finger needs to be on the "Trigger" button on the bottom side of the remote.
Step4
Aim your shot by pressing the arrow keys at the top of the remote. Pressing the left arrow key will move your target left and pressing the right arrow key will move your target right. You can also move your on screen player from side to side using the same arrow keys. To toggle from moving the target to moving the on-screen players, press the "A" button.
Step5
Press the "Up Arrow Key" for a close up view of where the pins are. Press the "Up Arrow Key" again to return to the normal view.
Step6
Raise the Wii remote up while holding the "Trigger" button on the bottom of the remote. To release the ball, swing the remote back down and then forward just as you would a bowling ball. Let go of the "Trigger" button to let go of the ball when your arm is about a foot in front your body.

Spin the ball by twisting the Wii remote as you release the ball. Twist the remote to the left to make the ball spin left and twist it to the right to make it spin right. This takes some practice but just as in real bowling, it can help knock down pins.

you take the wii remote and swing it up while you do that you press the letter b and and swing the wii remote down and let go of the b button.
BLUE BALL
As The screen is fading to black for bowling, hold down the control pad until it fades to bowling for these colors: Control Pad Up.
GREEN BALL
As The screen is fading to black for bowling, hold down the control pad until it fades to bowling for these colors: Control Pad Down.
RED BALL

AMUSE CROWD IN BOWLING
To make the crowd laugh in bowling, move to either of the gutters in your lane, turn into opposite lane, and bowl so the ball goes over the barier between the lanes. The ball will go into the gutter in the opposite lane and the crowd will laugh.
SCARE CROWD IN BOWLING
To scare the crowd while bowling, start the regular motion for bowling and let go on the backswing. The ball will fly backwards and the crowd will scream and jump.
*EASY TOURNAMENT WINS* When you defeat your opponent, the game will automatically save. If you lose a match, immediately turn off or reset your system. You will start the game on the same opponent you just lost to. By doing this, you will never lose.

3 Amazing Wii Bowling Hints.

Barrier Strike
For the 'Power Throws' training game in bowling, turn either left or right until there are four red bars pointing in the direction of your choice across the bowling line. This may not always work, especially with the big numbers of pins but this will almost always give you a strike. Feel free to experiment with different numbers of red bars across the bowling line since three and four almost always work for me.

91 Strike
In the "Power Throws" training game for bowling, you might notice 2 red buttons at the end of the alley - 1 left and 1 right. When you get to the final bowl for 91 pins, you can bowl the ball along the top of the barrier on either side and hit this button. Move your Mii all the way to the left or right, and turn the aim 2 or 3 clicks towards the barrier. Let go of the ball at the highest point possible, with just a bit of spin to keep the ball on the barrier. If successful, you will hear a click, the screen will shake and all the pins will fall down.

Straight Ball
To bowl the ball straight down the lane: release the ball high so it drops on the lane before rolling, making sure to not rotate your Wiimote. (I learned this from my kids who bowl like this in a real bowling alley, I'm glad bowling balls don't bounce!)
