Hi! It took me about 1 year to lose 62 pounds. I lost 7 pounds in the first week by just saying "no" to fast food. Weight Watchers is very helpful. There is support if you need it. You set goals and lose weight.Weighting yourself daily helps you keep track of your progress.
The South Beach Diet works well. Everything on the South Beach Diet is low in sugar. A diet low in sugar is the secret to weight loss.You can finds links to both the south beach diet and weight watchers. I recommend either to anyone who wants to lose weight. They are both effective ways to lose weight.
