The Cortney Ciccarelli Wish Foundation
The Cortney Ciccarelli Wish Foundation's sole purpose is helping allogeneic bone marrow transplant patients, at City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, California. We are the first foundation to focus entirely on aiding adult bone marrow transplant patients and their families. Our mission is to relieve stress for the patient so all of their energy can be focused on healing.

The Cortney Ciccarelli Wish Foundation was established in 2004 by Cortney Ciccarelli. While suffering from leukemia, she had to divert much of her energy to worrying about medical bills and finances, rather than fighting her disease. Not wanting anyone else to experience the same struggle, Cortney started the foundation to help alleviate the financial and emotional burdens for other bone marrow transplant recipients. Sadly, Cortney lost her battle, but we continue the mission in her honor.
Dream Foundation
Dream Foundation is the first and largest national non-profit wish-granting organization for adults with terminal illness. The mission of the Dream Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families who are battling life-threatening illness. Dream Foundation helps adults find peace and closure with the realization of a final wish. The work of Dream Foundation is made possible, in part, by a grant from the Odyssey VistaCare HealthCare Foundation.

OneGift Inc. serves adult cancer patients at the following locations:

Clara Maass Medical Center

Our volunteers help OneGift Inc. work closely with patients, families, and friends to create a memorable experience for those who could not otherwise afford it.

Our mission is to grant wishes, including memory-making events, for metastatic breast cancer patients, while continuing to support, educate and increase resource awareness.

We at Making Memories are dedicated to providing a spark of joy into the lives of women and men who are losing their battle against breast cancer. The tragedy of this illness is not merely the physical and emotional burden, but also the enormous financial strain it places on a family. When insurance benefits are exhausted and mounting medical expenses deplete bank accounts, there is often little or no money left for special memory-making moments, set apart from the everyday sadness and turmoil of "saying goodbye."
Ms. Green's Wish, Incorporated

Sunset Wish Foundation
Fulfilling wishes for adults facing terminal illness.

Our mission is to bring happiness into the lives of terminally ill adults ages 18 and older and their loved ones through the Wish Fulfillment Program. When an individual has 1 year or less to live, we can assist in turning their wish into a reality.

When patients are overwhelmed with mounting medical expenses, they often abandon the thoughts of being able to take a special trip with their family, or create a fun memory with their loved ones. It may be hard to come up with the funds for a vacation or pleasure trip.

Crossing the Finish Line is celebrating ten years of creating immeasurable joy for our sailors and their families! Be between the ages of 24-50

Angels Anonymous
The Angels Anonymous Connection started with a group of friends banding together to help fulfill a woman's last wish. Realizing how much can be done by a small group of dedicated individuals, the Angels Anonymous Connection is dedicated to helping adults fulfill one final wish from the heart.

A dream can be as simple as seeing a dear friend once last time, keeping a promise to young children for a special family trip, or returning to a place of meaningful childhood memories. Common dream requests include weekends for two at Fantasyland in Edmonton, or trips to Disneyland with the family.

The Angels Anonymous Connection operates on a very small cash budget and relies heavily on donations. The Angels Anonymous Connection does not receive federal or provincial funding, so as a result, we rely solely on corporate and individual contributions, as well as our fundraising efforts.

A wish may be as simple as a new hearing aid or scooter chair, or as involved as one last family vacation or reunion.

The Warrior's Wish FoundationTM is the first and only of its kind granting wishes exclusively for Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. Working with an extensive network of Wish Facilitators, we grant wishes for Veterans in all 50 States. Our continued existence is dependent upon the generosity of folks like you who contribute cash and in-kind donations and answer our call to help.
Deliver the Dream
A retreat program that enables families who are experiencing serious illness or crisis to regain strength, mend spirits and just be families and kids again.

Almost all families are touched by illness or crisis during the course of a lifetime, but some families are struck particularly close to home. When a child develops a life-threatening disease, or a parent is diagnosed with a debilitating illness, the impact on the entire family is intense and often overwhelming. Sadly, families facing serious illness or crisis have little opportunity for respite from the stresses of their daily lives. While there are many camps that assist children facing illness, there are very few programs specifically designed to help the entire family unit. That is why Deliver the Dream Family Retreats are so important. Our program helps meet a vital need for families struggling to endure during times of crisis.

Section Two

An Elderly Wish Foundation - Antioch, CA
It is the mission of An Elderly Wish Foundation to enrich the lives of the terminally ill elderly by making a special wish come true.

Wishes are granted in Contra Costa County Only.

Looking through eyes of a caregiver of the elderly, much can be revealed. Caring for an elderly parent, family members, friend or loved one can be one of life's most consuming tasks. The rewards are few and the journey can be long. Tranquility and rewarding days are what we really want for the elderly, yet they often suffer from depression; and live in self imposed isolation because of debilitating bodies and minds. A wish can bring them joy.
Never Too Late
Never Too Late's primary purpose is to reach out to people in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice programs, and adult day care facilities--regardless of age--and help make their dreams and wishes come true.

Never Too Late's secondary purpose is to honor requests from any of our elder citizens (generally 65 and over), regardless of where they reside, providing they (or one of their family members) are willing to help.

Over the last twelve years, SWD has become involved in more than 290 eldercare communities in 40 states, Canada and India. The mission of Second Wind DreamsĀ® (SWD) is simple: through the fulfillment of dreams and the offering of innovative educational opportunities to caregivers and communities, SWD seeks to change the perception and experience of aging, empowering elders to age with dignity, hope and joy.

Second Wind Dreams focuses on those living in eldercare communities or in hospice care. These are our seniors who need our assistance most. Family support may be non-existent, money can be at a premium, especially for our Medicaid supported seniors, and these senior adults are often our frailest- the ones who need a dream fulfilled.

Twilight Wish Foundation - Celebrating seniors and making dreams come true.
Our mission is to honor and enrich the lives of deserving seniors through wish granting celebrations that connect generations. Our vision is to make America a nicer place to age.

We believe it's time to say "thank you" by bringing smiles and joy into quiet, humble lives. We celebrate the life of someone special by giving a "thank you" they never expected in the form of a wish come true. Twilight Wish honors every wish recipient with formal wish numbered certificates stating their life accomplishments and wish details.

Mother Theresa was once asked what is the loneliest place in the world. Her answer was "nursing homes in America." Twilight Wish is the first national elder wish granting charity in America founded in 2003. We have granting over 1,150 wishes since our founding in over 37 states. Because of our good works which garner $250,000 in free media each year reaching millions, the news is spreading and hundreds of nursing homes are now asking residents "if you could have anything, what would your wish be?"
Seniors Foundation
The Seniors Foundation is a charitable foundation focused on enhancing the lives of the senior population in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Trinity Wish Foundation
To Renew Faith to Americans with Disabilities whose faith has faltered as a result of turmoil and despair along their journey.

Restore Hope to Americans with Disabilities whose hope has dimmed along their journey. Acts of Charity; regardless how small, be shared with Americans with Disabilities; anything to help restore self-esteem, self-worth, sense of accomplishment, and rekindle their human spirit.

Through the Foundation website or via mail, individuals may complete a "Dream Profile". The Board of Directors will review these "Dream Profiles". To the extent we are able, "Dreams" will be fulfilled. The "Dreamers" may receive monetary support; whether it is money to help make a mortgage payment, money for a child's education, or money for a daughter's wedding day. The dream may be as simple as companionship on a regular basis or as big as the individual dares to dream. Individuals may also have their wish come true in other ways to extent the foundation is able to support.

My desire is to make Americans With Disabilities feel special, not different! To all the thousands of unknown persons with disabilities, we have various disabilities that present everyday challenges for us. However, we are not disabled. Individuals who lack the capacity for compassion, empathy, understanding, and tolerance; they are disabled.

Hopefully some of these links will be helpful for us. My daughters dad was diagnosed with stage 3A lung cancer at the end of February and has one lung removed in March, soon he will be starting chemo. He hasn't been able to work since February so we are totally broke. I can't work due to a neurodegenerative brain disease. We have a 3 yr old daughter. I am hoping we might qualify for a getaway, one for stress reduction, we are all 3 suffering from the stress of the illness as well as treatment! We are praying we can find a miracle to save our home, or we may be homeless. And I would love for our daughter to have a fun stressless time with her dad, and make memories that would last a lifetime!! I soooooo appreciate the time and work you have done here that may help us find a break from the cruel fate we have been dealt!!
    Thanks again!!!
