I am trained as a Blackbelt, am a Certified Quality Manager, have an engineering degree, and an MBA. I am also currently preparing for the APICS CPIM exam.

Redesigned Strategic Deployment process, delivering $53M in first-year productivity improvements at Kodak. The business was not effectively executing their Strategic Deployment process. Streamlined and optimized global process. Coordinated and led execution of more than fifty projects across three international sites.

Led eight manufacturing plants in two industrial parks, with staff of eight direct and 650 indirect reports. Managed entire supply chain from purchasing through manufacturing and distribution for North and Central America.

Director, Worldwide Quality and Lean Manufacturing, High Volume Equipment Manufacturing, 2005 to 2006. Championed operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing / Six-Sigma improvement efforts across multiple international sites to achieve world-class performance in cost, quality, lead-time, customer satisfaction.
Director, Latin American Technical Center, Equipment Manufacturing, 2003 to 2005. Developed and managed new design center supporting product development in Guadalajara, Mexico. Directed Engineering and Quality departments for 1,000 person factory. Managed $2.5M budget and 70 staff through 14 direct reports.

Directed the Manufacturing Engineering, QA, and maintenance organization in a 450-person, highly automated flow factory. Produced eight different camera models totaling 40 million+ units per year.
