This is going to be a short one here for you, I'm just going to talk real quickly about grinding. Many players do not do this anymore because they don't think it's worth the time.

Grinding is still the premier method of farming gold because it's so simple and basic.

If you are a new player, or on a lower level character you are going to want to stick to killing humanoids, unless you are a skinner.
