There are a Lot of Women in the Bible

It amazes me how many women are in the Bible. We tend to overlook them from all the other major stories we hear at church. There are two books just about women in the Bible. There is Ruth and Ester.

Eve Made it Possible to Choose

She Gave Us One Our Most Presious Abilities

I know that Eve gets a bad rap because she was the one who was tempted by Satan and committed the very first sin. That act made us mortal, made us truly human. She changed everything about our existence.

God, I believe, wanted a creation that was free. He wanted people to be able to think for themselves. He didn't want us just to do what He said just because He was God. He wanted us to choose Him.

I think that is the reason He gave Eve and Adam the opportunity to sin.
